The history of this ministry begins long before its creation.

It begins with a dream, a deep desire to return to my roots, in Andalusia, and more specifically in Seville.

I always knew my place was here, in the province of Seville—in this land of sun, traditions, and simplicity.

Office work, days locked between four walls... that wasn't for me.
I needed air, something concrete, something human.

And then I met my partner.
Together, we decided to take another step toward that dream: to buy a country house in the province of Seville, to reconnect and recharge.

But we soon realized a reality:
Managing a home remotely, from abroad, is far from easy.

In each room, everything had to be organized, everything had to be put in order, everything had to be run after time...
I would have loved, at that moment, to be able to hand the keys to someone I trusted and find our perfect house upon arrival.
That person didn't exist. So we created him.

Conserjería Los Laureles was born from that lack, from that frustration...
but above all, a very simple need: to be able to count on someone here, on site, to take care of what really matters.

Today we support other homeowners—Belgian, French, Spanish, or from anywhere—in managing their homes, whether rented or not.

We offer a reliable, humane, and professional presence.
A concierge on a human scale, with sincere attention to detail.
As if every house were ours.
